Our 747-400 about to load for the trip to London. A bit old, this one, and a good advert for Air New Zealand.

Over Mongolia, near Ulan Bator, Lake Baikal in the distance.
We got into Heathrow early, then had to wait for a parking space for the aircraft until scheduled time. We manged to get on the earlier coach – 5 hours in uncomfortable seats – then train, finally got in just after 10pm. We’d been up for 25 hours by then.
Pleased to hear that you have arrived in the UK safely. How do you feel about being back? Still want to live there to escape the earthquakes?
Been to M&S to look at the clothes yet????
I feel like a foreigner. Not yet been to M&S.
