Bournemouth is not really an attractive place. Look at the buildings they have chosen to line their seafront. 1960’s block architecture?

Yes, there are crowds at Stonehenge! 3.30 this afternoon, after we’d spent the morning scouting Salisbury.

Photo is Avebury, but we are now at Stonehenge. You know what that looks like. Weather still great. I was looking at some postcards yesterday, and I realised that writing this blog is just like sending postcards!

We have been at Bath for the last couple of days. What a great place! The weather is wonderful, we have been to the Roman Baths which is really interesting. They have amazing computer generated reconstructions, you stand on a particular spot and look at a screen, and how it used to be appears on the screen, with buildings, people and all.

We’re on the move at last, and in Worcester for a couple of days. The weather hasn’t been too spring like, mostly dull, but a bit brighter this morning. We’ll probably stay another night here and then head south again.
The van is working out well, most of the things are sorted out now, but we miss the space in the bus! (But not trying to park it!)

Our new vehicle, collected from Barry, in South Wales, yesterday. About 350km each way, by coach and train down, then back in the van.
We’re sorting out a few small niggles and then heading for the South Coast.
