Here we are at Bridlington on the Yorkshire Riviera! As at York, the weather has been very mixed. Today (Monday) we’ve had some sun, and the wind has dropped a bit. We were out at the harbour very early this morning as you can see.

Once the sun was clear of the clouds it looked pretty good. The boat is the ‘Yorkshire Belle’, and Linda remembers going out on it when she was a little girl. Of course, it was bigger then!

We didn’t need the telescope to see the sun.

Out at Flamborough Head, things had been a bit more wintry.

Rather ominous weather approaching. At least the wind had calmed down enough that we could stand up and walk around more easily than we could on Saturday.

And here we were at tea-time…
We move on to Whitby on Wednesday, hoping for a bit less wind and rain.
I like the photo of the ‘Yorkshire Belle’! It would make a good jigsaw puzzle.
